A boring work story.
There’s nothing like putting forth a little extra effort in helping someone and actually knowing that your help was appreciated.
So, I’m at work and this lady calls and tells me that she lost her keys yesterday afternoon. Well, actually… she has her little daughter call me and tell me that her mommy lost her keys, so that was a good 5 minutes of me trying to get information...
